Oooohh! Chocolate

Another one of my fun creation of sweets is making chocolates. If you have ever had one you know they are good. They come in several flavors and require a couple weeks notice for an order.

Luau theme cake, birthday

First attempt making a cake with fondant, so I experimented with my own birthday cake.

These fun pops were a hit. Although it was a several step process and took hours, it was worth the time.

Easter cupcakes

Easter grass surrounded these bunnies jumping down the rabbit holes. Everything was edible on these fun cupcakes. Everyone enjoyed them.

Birthday cupcakes

I was asked to make these cupcakes for a lady having a surprise birthday party for her daughters 30th birthday. She had a color theme of pink, orange and yellow, and wanted lots of flowers mixed with fun.

These were really fun to make, and the birthday girl cried cause she loved them so much. Im so happy she liked them. Chocolate and carrot cake were the flavors used.

Wedding cake flowers

One of my favorite things is making arrangements for wedding cakes. I love, love, love when brides choose simple designed cakes and add flowers to bring it to life.

The bride's main flowers were a deep red rose. I added white alstoemeria and green leather leaf to break it up a little. It turned out beautiful. Thanks Jennifer for letting me do the work.

Bridal bouquet

Fall bouquet made with red roses, white alstroemeria flowers, italial ruscus (greenery), and baby's breath. Creme and brown satin ribbon to finish.

Wedding Bouquet

This was a wedding bouquet made for a December wedding. Made with White gerbera daisies, Red roses (large, and mini), cedar greens, and berries.

This is some floral work I had done for a wedding. The bride wanted large gerbera daisies with white roses.
